supplements
I a ma tall and lanky guy. I am 6'0" and only weigh about 160. I play football a wide receiver and outside linebacker. If feel like I have just about hit my maximum physical potential because my max has been the same for about 6 months to a year even with extensive training 4-5 days a week. I have seriously been looking at all of the supplements and I want to gain weight too. I was thinking about Gakic, Ultimate protein and Creakic. What could I buy that will give me the most for my money without spending $200 every month or two?

First find out what your league and division allows. Cause I am in high school football starting right guard (on offense) and right tackle (on defense). I got a week suspension just for being on creatine (random drug test), who figured?!? the vice principal and coaches said NCS (north coast section) banned it. So before taking any thing besides protien find out what you can take. (And it was creakic I was taking.)

Creatine is not banned by any international doping agency or competitive agency. If you were banned because of it you should protest that on grounds that the IOC, WADA, and even the NFL do not ban it.
To the original poster:
Muscletech generally sucks and is overpriced. You are in no way close to your genetic potential. Learn to train right, eat right, and you'll start seeing gains. Truly the only necessary supplement in my opinion is protein. Creatine is great too the other things are just nice little addons that can cost a pretty penny.
What is your daily nutrition like? Your training program?

Then why would they tell me to take a week off while I get my system clear. Currently I am on a cutting diet of 1200 calories a day, and lifting for an hour in the morning before school and jogging hills for an hour after hills.

Because most school systems are filled with morons. And there is no way you need to be on 1200 calories unless you're a 5'0" woman that wants to be anorexic. You have probably killed your metabolism. Just because you "lift for an hour" doesn't mean you are getting anything done. And as I said before, creatine isn't banned by any olympic, professional, or international committee.

At 225 assuming around 12-15% bodyfat you'd be taking in a minimum of 3000 calories I'd imagine while cutting. I'd shoot the majority of them being from protein/healthy fats and limit your carb intake to post-workout. Once you stop losing weight at 3000 calories, drop it down 500 or so.

Probably closer to 5000. Maybe 4000-4500 if you're putting on too much fat.
