Hi, I have just joined this site and looking at the posts, you guys know your stuff.
Let me introduce myself. I ate too much and got fat, simple. I am now turning this around and have lost four stone.
For a woman, i feel I am strong and love weight training along with my cardio workouts to tone as I lose weight. Im focussed and looking to get very defined.I am getting on very well with Sci-mx diet shake and All american efx Kre-a-fem which I feel I am benefiting from.
I am also taking Sci-mx pyrolean.
My questions:.
1. I have been told that Kre-a-fem is NOT the same as creatine, is this true??
2. I have bought a pre workout drink containing creatine, is this safe to take as well as Kre-a-fem??
3. What is the safe amount of creatine to take for a woman??
4. Can you recommend any other suppliments I would benefit from to include in my diet.
